The product page lists per-lot COAs by size. The newest is lot DPS-9599228 (30 mg), tested October 9, 2026 by Horizon Analytical: retatrutide identity confirmed by UPLC-MS, 99.37% purity and 29.69 mg measured, with a report number for lookup on the lab’s site. Other lots were tested by Horizon Analytical (September 2026), Premier Analytical Sciences, Freedom Diagnostics, Accumark Labs and MDx BioAnalytical. Endotoxin reports are posted for some 30 mg lots.

The one negative review reports $825 of items missing or substituted on a wholesale order; the company replied that a 30 mg size was replaced with three 10 mg vials and that the refund was honored. We found no FDA warning letter or Eli Lilly lawsuit naming the company.
