Bottom line

BioCollex publishes some of the most complete retatrutide-type testing we have seen, with a separate certificate for each vial size. Its policies are strict, support is email only, and the store has been running for less than a year.

Products and pricing

Listed as “GLP-3 RT” and described as a triple agonist of the GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptors. The page does not use the name retatrutide, the CAS number or LY3437943. Prices: 10 mg $85 ($8.50/mg) and 20 mg $145 ($7.25/mg). A 30 mg vial at $185 was out of stock. Multi-vial discounts are 3–8%. A sitewide 25% Halloween code was running on October 19, 2026.

Testing

Freedom Diagnostics tested the 10 mg vial (lot BioC2610130032, reported October 14, 2026) at 99.80% purity with 11.82 mg net content. The 20 mg vial was also tested on October 14 at 99.83%. The 10 mg COA lists LC-MS identity, HPLC-UV purity, endotoxin (LAL, two replicates), microbial PCR, ICP-MS heavy metals and a fentanyl screen, and all passed. The COA PDFs link from the product page and a COA archive page.

Shipping and payment

The store ships the same day for orders placed by 3 pm ET and quotes delivery in 2–3 business days. Our test checkout quoted a flat $12.99 for one vial. Shipping is free over $200. The site does not say where orders ship from. Payment options are major cards and Apple Pay, plus Zelle, Venmo and Cash App.

Policies and support

The refund policy says all sales are final. Free shipment protection covers items damaged in transit, which are replaced, but not lost, stolen or misdelivered packages. Support is by email ([email protected]) and a contact form, with replies promised within 24 hours Monday–Saturday. BioCollex LLC lists 5000 Thayer Center, Suite C, Oakland, MD 21550.

Reputation

The domain was registered on December 1, 2025. Trustpilot shows a 4.3 TrustScore from 10 reviews, all five-star. The profile was claimed in January 2026. We found no FDA warning letter or Eli Lilly lawsuit naming BioCollex.
